Titan Construction began our Custom Built home in January 2021; however, the process of designing our home began months before with Stephen Fleishman guiding us the whole way.

My husband and I hired Titan Construction LLC two years ago to build a substantial outdoor pool pavilion at our home in New Orleans. It was a rather complicated project with a lot of advance planning, so we interviewed several builders to find the right fit.

During the past year, we worked closely with Stephen Fleishmann to complete the construction of our new family home in Metairie, LA. Working with the team at Titan Construction was a pleasant experience. Stephen has so much industry knowledge and expertise, I felt very comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Building a fully customized home can be hard at times, but Titan Construction was very responsive to our needs and professional in every aspect of the building process.

My husband, Joe, and I met with several contractors prior to selecting Titan Construction. After meeting with Stephen, we felt he had the experience and knowledge to help us build our dream home. Along the way, we realized he also possessed the personality and temperament for dealing with any unforeseen issues that may arise during the construction process, which is going to happen no matter how prepared you think you are.

Building an addition to a 110 year-old house is a daunting task but Titan Construction handled all aspects of the project with meticulous attention to detail. The finished product has exceeded our expectations. HF
