About Stephen Fleishmann

Stephen graduated in 1992 cum laude from the University of Alabama along with his wife Rhonda, who graduated in 1994. Stephen's experiences range in enforcement of Local and National Building codes, acquisition and management of capital resources, site and project selection, hiring and overseeing sub-contractors, and all field personnel. It is these experiences that have allowed Stephen to develop Titan Construction into a successful home building company, with an emphasis on complex Custom Homes.

He takes personal responsibility in project scheduling, material coordination and presenting to clients a budget that accurately reflects the final price of their custom home, and using the clients preference of AIA building contracts
